Terms of service

Effective July 13, 2026

1. Independent service

The Status Key is a trade name for an independent concierge that evaluates, plans, coordinates, and verifies legitimate hotel-loyalty qualification routes for accepted clients. The Status Key is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hyatt Hotels Corporation or World of Hyatt.

2. What the displayed prices cover

The displayed amounts are concierge service fees for the corresponding scope. Hotel rates, taxes, transportation, meals, and other third-party costs are separate unless the written scope expressly includes them. The $99 service does not sell a night without a stay.

3. Eligibility and acceptance

Every case is subject to eligibility review. We may reject a request that is incomplete, unsupported, inconsistent with applicable program rules, or outside our operational scope. Hyatt retains sole authority over accounts, qualifying activity, status, benefits, and program enforcement.

4. No account sale or credential transfer

We do not sell loyalty accounts, transfer another member's status, or ask for a Hyatt password or one-time authentication code. Clients must not submit sensitive credentials through the website or intake form.

5. Written scope and payment

Before payment, an accepted client will receive the service deliverables, assumptions, required client activity, third-party costs, target timing, exclusions, and refund terms that apply to that case. Payment is processed through Stripe and confirms acceptance of that written scope.

6. Timing and outcomes

Timelines and target status dates are not unconditional guarantees. Outcomes can be affected by client travel, eligibility, third-party systems, program changes, property participation, account review, and Hyatt decisions outside our control.

7. Refunds

The refund and cancellation terms for a paid engagement are stated in the written scope shown before payment. No public payment is requested until those terms are available to the client.

8. Client obligations

  • Provide accurate and current information.
  • Maintain control of the loyalty account and associated email.
  • Personally complete any stay represented as client qualifying activity.
  • Follow the accepted written scope and applicable laws and program rules.
  • Keep passwords, security codes, and full card details private.

9. Questions

Applicants can raise legal, privacy, fulfillment, or refund questions in the case correspondence before accepting a written scope or making payment.
