Information collected
The eligibility form collects the name, email address, residence country, current loyalty tier, qualifying-night count, desired timing, selected service, and optional case notes supplied by the applicant. The server also records limited request, referral, and first-party funnel-event data for security and performance measurement.
Do not submit credentials
Do not send loyalty-account passwords, one-time codes, passport numbers, full payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive data through the website. Stripe processes card information on its hosted systems if an accepted case later proceeds to payment.
How information is used
- Review eligibility and respond to service requests.
- Prepare an accepted client's written service scope.
- Prevent abuse, secure the service, and troubleshoot failures.
- Reconcile Stripe payments and provide fulfillment updates if a client proceeds.
- Measure page and intake performance using first-party event records.
Storage and service providers
Application records are stored on the service's Hetzner-hosted backend. Information may also be processed by providers required for hosting, email, security, and Stripe payment processing. We do not sell applicant information.
Retention
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to review the request, provide an accepted service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
Applicants may request access, correction, or deletion by replying to the case correspondence sent to the email address used in the application. Identity may need to be verified before a privacy request is completed.
Policy changes
Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
